  • Open logic view erp application
  • Log into the application
  • Open the company
  • Click on file menu
  • Select accounts/inventory sub menu
  • Click on inventory option

Unit creation:

  • Click on unit tab
  • Enter the details
  • Click on save
  • Click on ok

Category creation

  • Click on category tab
  • Enter the category name
  • Click on save
  • Click on ok

Item creation

  • Enter the item name
  • Select the unit
  • Select the category
  • Enter company name
  • Select the gst
  • Enter hsn code
  • Select include tax or exclude tax
  • Enter closing quantity of  item
  • Enter purchase rate
  • Enter retail rate
  • Enter wholesale rate
  • Enter sales man rate

Status: if you select option enable it shows the item in sales voucher if you don’t want to see the item in sales voucher select disable

  • Pack type : select the item pack or loose
  • Business : select the option goods or service
  • Enter all the details
  • Click on save
  • Click on ok
